Every custom rack we build is cut, machined and mounted in-house: 10 years of 80/20 aluminum solar racks, plus racks from 6061 aluminum, MIG and TIG welding and plasma cutting. When an off-the-shelf mount won't fit your roof, we make one that does.

Racks and battery racks we've built
On a 2022 Newmar New Aire we put 2400 W of solar on custom 80/20 aluminum racks, bolted to the factory roof-line gussets. Besides 80/20, we also build racks from 6061 aluminum. On a 2023 Essex, we modified the battery rack in-house on our MIG welder to carry a bigger bank. Read the Newmar stories
