Considering going fulltime with much "boondocking" with our 20 YO RV, it was time to upgrade to solar. My brother had purchased an entire system for his new motorhome a few years back and highly recommended OTGRV. So, I called JR and spoke with him after reviewing my options on-line. I found that he is located in Quartzite, AZ, a short distance from me. I drove over to talk with him and was very impressed. He spent the time to go through the entire process and even made up leads and connections for me which all I had to do when the solar system arrived was to plug it in. After doing so, I had an idea that I called him about and he gave me all of the information I needed. Purchased Batteries, battery monitor,  solar panels both stationary and portable. All top performing products with excellent service. No matter how many questions I asked,  JR was prompt to answer all of them. He is very knowledgeable.
